This page explains how you can request deletion of your Helixia account and the personal data associated with it, in line with Google Play’s User Data policy.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion in either of these ways:
Option A — In the app
Open Helixia and go to the Profile tab.
Open Settings and choose Delete my account.
Confirm the request. Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.
Option B — By email
Send an email to zaidhussaindbg7545@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Helixia Account Deletion Request”. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified request, we delete the personal data linked to your account, including:
Your authentication account (email/Google/phone identity and Firebase UID)
Your profile (display name, photo, headline, role)
Learning data: quiz/course progress, XP and streaks, bookmarks and notes
Webinar registrations and bookmarks
Files you uploaded (e.g. profile avatar)
In-app notification records
Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited information where necessary:
Aggregated or anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you
Records we are required to keep for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes
Backup copies, which are purged on our regular backup rotation cycle
Timeline
Verified deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once complete, the data is permanently removed from our active systems and cannot be recovered.
